The device is water-resistant, so it's safe with light rain or splashes but shouldn’t sit in standing water.

For best results outdoors, aim the speakers directly at the problem area since walls aren’t there to reflect sound.

How many units do I need?	Most customers typically only need one device per problem room/area when used indoors. Multiple units may be required when used outdoors or when dealing with a severe problem.
Power Supply	This device is designed for use with 110V, 50Hz USA Standard Outlets. Use of this device is prohibited with a 220V power source as that will result in serious damage to the device and can pose a safety hazard. Such misuse constitutes a violation of our terms of use and may void any liability claims.
Can it use batteries?	No, this device cannot use batteries; it must be plugged into an outlet or extension cord
My outside outlet is covered	Please feel free to use an extension cord; not only does this give your device power, but the ability to aim the speakers directly at the bats' location is especially helpful when used outside.
Waterproof? Can I use outside?	It is water-resistant so it can take a little water or rain, but it is not water-proof so it should not sit in a puddle of water.

Speaker Range	Indoors: the sound bounces and echoes off walls, effectively filling a single room or space up to 5,000 sq. ft. Outdoors: customers have reported success against bats as high as 3-4 stories up by using an extension cord and setting the device on its against at the base of an exterior wall
Bats in the attic?	If you don't have attic access, many customers get better success by using the device outside on an extension cord and facing the speakers at the bats' entry/exit point. This can work better than placing the device in the room under the attic as most attics tend to be unfinished with blown in insulation (which muffles the repelling sounds).
How long until I see results?	It usually takes two weeks of using the recommended settings to see results. Please reach out for assistance if you aren't seeing results after the initial two week period. If you make any setting changes, please run the device for at least one week with the new settings before making another change.
